What is included in each styling service?

Each Glamhive styling service is a high-touch experience designed to make getting dressed easier and more enjoyable. While every stylist tailors the  details, clients can expect:

  • A kickoff call of 45 to 60 minutes to learn about your goals, lifestyle,  sizing, and current wardrobe
  • A personalized style direction or moodboard to confirm the look  you want
  • A customized shopping plan or gap list based on what you need
  • Expert sourcing and shopping done for you from retailers that fit your  budget and preferences
  • A try-on session, virtual or in-person, to review what to keep and how  to style each piece
  • A digital lookbook that combines what you already own with new items
  • Messaging support with your stylist throughout the process

Most of your active time is spent making decisions, not doing the legwork. Your stylist handles the research, curation, and preparation behind  the scenes.

Do you offer in-person styling or only virtual?

We offer both. Clients choose the format based on preference, location, and the level of support they want.

 

Virtual styling
Your stylist works with you on Zoom to edit your closet, create a style direction, source new pieces, guide you through try-ons, and build a digital lookbook.

 

In-person styling
If you want an elevated, white-glove experience, many of our stylists can shop stores across your city, pull clothing on your behalf, and create a private fitting session at your home or hotel. Tailoring recommendations can be included upon request.

Which styling service should I start with?

Most clients begin with one of two goals: updating their wardrobe or doing a full makeover. Your stylist can help guide the right choice based on what you want to achieve.

 

Seasonal Refresh

  • Up to 8 hours
  • Best for updating your wardrobe, filling gaps, refreshing essentials, or improving everyday outfits.
  • Your active time is usually 2 to 4 hours, and your stylist handles the rest behind the scenes.

Full Makeover

  • Up to 14 hours
  • Ideal if you want a deeper transformation or a full rebuild of your wardrobe.
  • Your active time stays around 2 to 4 hours, while your stylist does the expanded sourcing, planning, and outfit building.

You can always add more time if you want additional support.

How does the stylist matching process work?

Once you submit your request, our matchmaking team will be in touch within two hours by text or email. We will ask a few quick questions to understand the type of style you are drawn to and anything else you would like us to know.

 

From there, we will personally recommend three stylists who we believe will be the best fit based on what you share and what we know about each stylist. Our goal is to make this easy, personal, and exciting from the very start.

Can I keep working with my stylist after my first session?

Absolutely! Once you find the perfect stylist, we would love nothing more than to be part of your ongoing support. Many clients continue working with their stylist for seasonal refreshes, special events, travel, or simply to keep their wardrobe feeling polished and effortless. You are always welcome to book future sessions whenever you need a little extra help or inspiration.
